The main restaurant at our luxury guesthouse has been given the name DOURYA. It is a seven-cornered room featuring Moroccan decor. Our cuisine is essentially Moroccan, with a daily menu of Moroccan dishes and a variety of international alternatives. Our cuisine is simple but elegant, based on fresh country produce.

We offer family cuisine featuring traditional Moroccan recipes (tajines, couscous ,salads of all kinds)
We bake our own bread in a traditional earthenware oven, creating a large, round, crispy loaf of flat bread called a « Tannourt ».

Up on the roof terrace of the main house with its panoramic views we have pitched a nomad tent, ideal for enjoying an evening meal in good weather.
Candlelit dinner, romantic atmosphere, and the same fabulous menu as the Douirya.
